Heidi’s Table (massage table, that is!)
It’s called a table for the simple reason that while it might remind you of a bed—inviting, warm and comfortable—it’s not a bed. Other than relaxation and general feel-good-ery, which I most certainly hope are happening in your bed, bed-things do not happen at Heidi’s Table. Yay!
So, what does happen at Heidi’s Table?
Wonderful things! Listening touch & therapeutic massage happen at my table. Relaxation, easing and release of tension happen at my table. Understanding and re-patterning of old places of stuckage happen too. Sometimes tears (the long-time coming and feel-good kind). Sometimes laughter. Lots of times silence. Sometimes you won’t notice just how much changed till tomorrow. Yesterday a client told me she’s been sleeping better since she started seeing me 2 months ago. So yeah, fantastic things happen here.
Sessions at Heidi’s Table vary from person to person and session to session. (Because, um, you aren’t a cookie, and I’m not a cutter. Good thing about that!)
